Downtown Neighbors Alliance

As a Copywriting Intern in the fall of 2025, I wrote interviewed community leaders, wrote articles for the organization’s weekly newsletter, and created Canva graphics for the website. Though the website is no longer active, my article thumbnails and one full piece can be found below.

Downtown Neighbors Alliance was a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, community-based organization that served downtown Pittsburgh. They partnered with supportive community leaders through innovative projects and events that encouraged residential development, assisted small businesses and promoted the arts and entertainment. DNA strived to make the Golden Triangle a better place to live, work and play. In the spring of 2026, the DNA closed its doors following leadership changes and financial struggles.
